Missing Snapshots in vSphere/ESX
If you run into a situation where you know a VM has an active Snapshot on an ESX server (you can see the *-delta.vmdk file in the VM folder), but it does not appear in the Snapshot manager, try taking another snapshot of the VM.  This will usually refresh the Snapshot Manager and allow you to remove any active Snapshots on the VM.
